Using Tradeeze
Last updated: 3 June 2026
What Tradeeze Does
Tradeeze introduces customers to tradesmen. Customers can search by trade and postcode outcode, select one or more tradesmen, and send a quote request.
Tradeeze is not currently managing the job after the introduction. Tradesmen respond directly to customers by email, WhatsApp, or phone.
For Customers
Customers should provide accurate contact details, postcode area, trade required, and a clear job description. Customers are responsible for deciding whether to hire a tradesman.
Before hiring, customers should carry out their own checks. This may include checking experience, insurance, qualifications, reviews, identity, quote details, payment terms, and availability.
For Tradesmen
Tradesmen are responsible for keeping profile details accurate, responding professionally, and only quoting for work they are able and qualified to carry out.
Tradesmen are responsible for quotes, availability, work quality, public liability insurance, certifications, legal compliance, tax, and any agreement made directly with a customer.
Enquiries And Quotes
A Tradeeze enquiry is not a booking, contract, or guarantee of work. It is an introduction between a customer and selected tradesmen.
Any quote, visit, job start date, payment, cancellation, guarantee, or dispute is handled directly between the customer and tradesman unless Tradeeze clearly states otherwise in a future service update.
Profile Review And Removal
Tradeeze may approve, hide, update, or remove tradesman profiles. We may review profiles following complaints, inaccurate information, poor conduct, suspected misuse, or operational reasons.
Complaints
Customers can report issues through the complaints page. Tradeeze uses complaints to monitor quality and decide whether a profile needs review, but Tradeeze does not currently provide formal dispute resolution for jobs agreed directly between customers and tradesmen.
Changes To These Terms
Tradeeze may update these terms as the marketplace develops, especially when paid subscriptions, customer accounts, tradesman accounts, WhatsApp automation, or in-app messaging are added.
